Swaptide is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange aggregator. We do not hold user funds outside the duration of an active swap; deposits are exchanged and forwarded to the receiving address you provide.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use cryptocurrency exchange services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local laws and tax obligations.

3. Orders and rates

Floating-rate orders settle at the market rate at the time your deposit confirms. Fixed-rate orders lock in a quote for a limited window. Minimum and maximum amounts are enforced per currency and displayed before you confirm an order.

4. Risk disclosure

Cryptocurrency prices are volatile. Network congestion or incorrect deposit amounts may delay or affect your exchange. Always double-check addresses before sending funds — most blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.

5. Limitation of liability

Swaptide is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses resulting from user error, third-party wallet issues, or blockchain network failures.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
